5. Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and similar tools to:
- Make the site work (cart, checkout, login).
- Understand and improve how our site is used, including how visitors navigate and interact with our pages (for example, Google Analytics and Shopify analytics). This stays internal: we use it to fix problems, improve the site and help you when you contact support, and we do not sell it or share it with others for their own use.
- Measure and show ads (for example, the Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel and Google Ads).
- Remember your settings.
You can control cookies in your browser settings. Turning some off may affect how the site works. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a request to opt out of targeted advertising for that browser, where state law requires. We do not respond to other "Do Not Track" signals.
6. Emails and texts
-
Emails: click "unsubscribe" in any marketing email, or email us. We process unsubscribe requests promptly.
-
Texts: reply STOP to any text to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Consent to texts is not required to buy. Message and data rates may apply.
- We do not share your mobile number or text opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. We share it only with the service providers that send our texts.
- Order emails, tracking emails, membership reminders and account messages are not marketing. You will still get them while you have an order, membership or account with us.
7. How long we keep information
- Account information: until you ask us to delete it.
- Order and payment records: at least 7 years, for tax and accounting.
- Membership records, including your sign-up consent: for the life of the membership plus 7 years.
- Support messages: at least 3 years.
- Marketing data: until you opt out or ask us to delete it.

8. Shopify
Our store runs on Shopify, which collects and processes information about your use of our store to provide and improve its services. Shopify may also use information from your visits to our store and other Shopify stores for certain features, and in those cases Shopify is responsible for that processing. To learn more, see the Shopify Privacy Portal.
